From conferences to galas to fundraisers to community events, Elicia has taken charge of many high-profile, high-pressure events, including the 2018 Small Business Summit featuring Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti. More recently, she started development work on the Los Angeles County Women’s Leadership Conference, an event that is particularly close to her heart and into which she is throwing the full weight of her event production experience.
Elicia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at the University of California, San Diego. Since 2016, she has owned and operated her own full-service event production company – KIMA – which has become known all across Los Angeles for reliability and innovation in the event industry.
